Getting started
Download the product ZIP from My Account, then open WordPress → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Choose the ZIP without extracting it, install and activate.

Activate your licence
Open the product licence screen, paste the key from your account or purchase email, and select Activate. The website will then count against the plan’s activation limit.
Automatic updates
With an active licence, new releases appear in the normal WordPress Updates screen. Back up the website before applying major releases.
Troubleshooting
Confirm that the licence is active, the domain is correct and the server can make outbound HTTPS requests. Include the order number and website URL when contacting support.
